expectations

i like every fridays.. only day of the week for me to really relax and not think about work.
i can take long long naps. hahaha.

my body clock kinda screwed up these days.
i cant make myself sleep at night. i have to resort to counting sheeps, dogs etc. lol.
so when i get home, i'll tend to take afternoon naps.. which makes it even harder for me to sleep at night.

maybe cos of stress? ermm. perhaps?
actually, i don't think work is unmanageable at this point of time.. but of course, for the coming weeks, i reckon it might be.

well, i think i've been giving myself lots of stress. it's more like self expectation n stuff. though i've already kinda lowered my originally high expectation.. but still, expectations are expectations.. you can't lower them down any further to the point where your expectations are compromising your standards. but instead, it should be the other way round.. you should try to pull up your standards to reach your expectations.

people often says, aim for the sky, and you'll fall on the tree top.. aim for the tree top and you'll fall onto the ground. i don't wanna fall onto the ground. so now though my expectation aint at the sky level.. but it should be at the birds flying level. hahahahhaha..crapping la.

been watching lotsa youtube videos on interviews with famous people in the asian entertainment industry. it's really true that success doesn't come easily. alot of sacrifices have to be made. and from these interviews, i realize that i'm really very fortunate already.. cos not everyone grow up in a good environment. so they have to put in extra effort to achieve certain things in life. but as for me, i've a considerably good environment where my parents can afford to send me overseas to study...i should learn to be grateful to them and cherish this opportunity. therefore, i gotta study real hard!!

meeting effie later. cos she has applied for a part-time job at a bakery. will be going through training at box hill. near my house.. so gonna meet her for lunch hahaha.
