Orientation in Feb. Shld be going there a wk b4 that. Havent found accomodation yet. My 2 campuses are so far apart, so I dun think I wanna stay in sch hostels. Anyway, effie told me that hostel is v ex. 220 bucks per wk.
N just now I was looking at a studio apartment situated in boxhill , which is 10 stations away from lilydale (business campus), 14 stations away from prahran (design campus). It looks like a nice place.. only 195 bucks per wk. Cheaper than sch accomodation! Hmm... still considering. I think I'll discuss with papa tmrw.

I suppose expenses gonna be high in Melbourne. So I need to start looking for more freelance jobs n save up quickly!!!! Haha. I just came across one.. freelance art teacher position. Teaching kids to draw. Lol. But my sketching sucks.. I dunno what their drawings will turn out like if they learn from me. Lol. Hmm... 应该害小孩吗? Hahah..

Sat - Met up with xueying again around evening time. Went Far East to shop. Haha. N we took neoprints, shared a plate of crepes n caught high school musical. So les right. Hahahha..Btw, zac efron is so shuai! Esp his eyes, its sky blue.. Lol..

Sun - Went out with jiaxiang. Walking around ps aimlessly. Haha. Saw his friend, gabriel. Haha. Then, we went to cathay to have dinner. Wanted to dine at Aston's but it was crowded. So we gave up n went to basement to have sushi instead. After that, we headed to vivo. Loitered inside pageone for so long. Reading books.. so unlike us eh? hahah

Mon - Happy deepavali! Hahaha.. Kboxing with songwei n ashton. Wanted to sing k lunch. But it was fully booked. So we went to bishan, wanted to check out partyworld. But it was closed -.- Super suay. N so we decided to have lunch 1st then went back to amk to sing k happy. So yup, we managed to sing anyway. hahah.

Back & Alive!

Decided to update a lil b4 I go to bed.

I reached sg ytd at 4+pm. Reached home, quickly unpacked my stuff. Called xy at around 5 plus. Then off I went to meet her for dinner at amk.

I insisted eating local food. Cos I kinda miss it abit. Hahah. Thou I'm only away for 2 wks, but it felt like months! Haha. Maybe its becos time passed v slowly in sz. Haha.

We had some yummy food at the bubble tea restaurant in jubilee. So yup, after that.. we went shopping around for awhile. N then, we had this sudden urge to sing kbox! Cos we wanted to sing jay's new songs. But too bad, kbox isnt that updated.. we cant find the songs! So well, we make do with what they have there.. It was fun afterall..esp towards the end. Cos Niao aka Chen Lao Mei sudd becomes sucha huge fan of wu zun after watching butterfly lovers. Thats y we ended up not singing, but watching fahrenheit's mvs. Lol. Ya, true.. wu zun is shuai. haha

Today's kbox quite ex. 30 bucks for 4 hrs! hahah.. but nvm la. Anyway I havent been singing for 3 wks i think. hahah.

Sz is not a place you can stay for long. Crime rates here are high, robbery is so common that even their own ppl try not to dress too nicely or wear jewellery when they are out on the streets. N never walk or shop alone. Its really dangerous. So yea, now I start to appreciate living in sg. Hahaha.

N I bought stuff for some of ya. Haha. Dunno if you'll like it, but well, like I said, its the thought!! You see, I didnt forget about u ppl even when I'm bz doing my shopping. Wahahaha. This is Luo Hu in sz. The shops there sell cheap stuff! Omg. But their sales assistants are too aggressive. Kept following n bugging us though we told them so many times that we r not interested to buy. Despite that, we enjoyed bargaining! Hahah.

On the way home. Its an hour's ride you know. But its worth it, cos we brought home alot of cheapies. lol.

Macau 2!

Back in sz.
Dead beat. Slept till noon today. Hahah..

Macau is quite fun. Much nicer n safer than sz. There're casinos everywhere. But I cant find their famous egg tarts :(

Took lotsa pics. Went to Venetian Macau. The infrastructure's so beautiful, inspired by Venice. Heard that we're gonna have that in sg too. Basically it's a hotel with shops n casinos. They have zara, esprit, nike etc etc.. n other high-end shops like chanel, coach, vertu etc.

N yup.. this is inside Venetian. They actually created this man-made river. N they have italian men singing n sailing the boats. You have to pay some money to get the ride. So nice eh?

N we also went to MGM. The ambience's great as well.

SZ Day 2

Hahaha. I have internet access!

2nd day here in shenzhen. What is it like? You may ask. Ermm.. pretty much like a bigger scale sg chinatown. N I realize one thing, they dun have a specific accent. Everyone speaks mandarin in diff accent. So how to learn?

Yesterday my parents brought me to eat crab porridge for dinner. Super cheap! 1 large pot of crab porridge plus 2 side dishes.. cost us only sg dollar 20 bucks. So its like 6+ bucks per pax. Omg!

N today my mum took me to this place where she learns manicure, pedicure, make-up n stuff. Haha. N I had my nails all done up nicely. Very cheap. Mine is only 4 bucks for finger nails n toe nails. My manicure is foc you see, cos a trainee did it for me. She learnt it within just 10 days.. but her skill is damn pro. Haha. Wait till i show you the pic. Btw, my mum told one of them to teach me personal make-up. So we're going there tmrw again!

Fyi. I'm staying in my dad's office apartment, situated beside a manufacturing factory owned by my dad's friend. So now I'm in the same room as my parents. They sleep so early everyday. Now is only 9+ pm. But they're alrdy asleep. So here am I, hiding in one corner, typing softly. hahaha.

Oh ya. Btw, I noticed sth about the ladies here in shenzhen. Er.. They don't shave. You know what I mean eh. Its like a weird trend. Almost every ladies are like that.

Sick again

I think I'm sick again. Yesterday was feeling cold and feverish. So I took panadol n slept for 12 hrs straight. Haha. I'm feeling much better today.. but I've no appetite, which is gd.. cos I can lose weight. Lol.

I need a haircut, trim my brows, fix my acnes, buy more clothes.. thats abt it I guess. Haha.. I know this is kinda random.. but well.. haha..

My hotmail's finally back to normal. For the past few days, I've probs reading my mails. Bah.. dunno what went wrong. But well, it's ok now. So I shouldn't nag anymore. Hahah.

I'm rotting at home almost everyday.. watching episodes after episodes of hotshot, kang xi lai le, yu le bai fen bai, feng hao ren wu etc etc.. until I got so bored and decided to go jogging for once! Hahaha. So proud of myself. But I think my stamina's really weak. Just 10 mins made me went nearly breathless. Haha. So I should start exercising at least thrice every week! As if lor.. Hahah.

Well well..Next week I'm flying to shenzhen with my parents! Lol! It's a wish come true! You wont know how long I haven't been travelling.. excluding m'sia n indo la. Ermm.. since poly yr 1? Yesterday went kboxing with songwei, ashton, gary and their friend, patricia. Sang from 2pm-7pm. Patricia left earlier. And the rest of us went to catch Eagle Eye after that. Quite thrilling la. But I don't really fancy watching this kinda show. Cos it makes me feel kinda stressed out after the movie. Hahaha.

So after that, we went to S11 to have our late dinner at 9 plus. And chit-chatted till slightly after midnight. They told me about 'yin' and 'yang', karma pts, ufo etc etc.. hahaha. Funny.

Miraculous

How miraculously things change within a split of time. You barely feel it. And in a whiz, the same old things you used to know, so happen to fit nicely into the next slide. You wonder how, you wonder why. Time is something that Man can never grab hold of. Hours, minutes and seconds tick by like streams of water gushing down. Its like a gravitional pressure that you can never resist. Those are facts of life, they are inevitable.

Finally! Hahaha. I'm officially a freelance designer now. Yesterday was my last day. My bosses gave me a pizza treat! Thanks alot!!

Right after work, went kboxing with songwei, ashton n their friend, gary at amk as usual. So yup, singing was nice. But I realize I'm always sing the same songs. I need to learn new ones soon. Haha. But kbox was super ex, $25++ for only 3+ hrs, 7 pm to 10 plus!! Omg. Btw, I borrowed wacom from songwei. Haha. Thanks! Cos I need it for my freelance proj. Lol. Wanna act like a pro what. Hahaha.

While in the midst of singing, jiaxiang called. He said they were all at amk. Around 10 plus, we went to look for them. So many ppl!! Jiaxiang, Kelly, Jeff, Szesing, Jiewei, Wira. Actually Jx was only meeting up with kelly n jeff. But they met ss, jw n wira by coincidence.

So yup, after catching up for a while, we all bid goodbye. Then, I followed jx to meet his friends. Haha. At first, I thought it was just a small gathering. But there were 6 of his friends in all. So many. Lol. But not bad la, they are all friendly n outgoing ppl. So yea, that was all.
