What a tiring day! Didnt sleep well last night.. had all sorts of cranky dreams.
Loads of work today.. kept me so occupied that I forgot to count down to 6pm (like what I always did the moment I stepped into the office.. Haha) Bought P.S. I Love You Vcd.. Feel so cheated! The storyline is so different from the book!!! So I only watched the 1st disc and decided to stop watching it (Jie's watching the 2nd disc now..) I think I still prefer reading the book.. its more original..

Anyway, weekends have been fun-filling!

Saturday - Watched Get Smart with jiaxiang, yaohuang, engqi, ridzuan.. The rest (jeslin, yuzhuang, sean, joachim) came to join us for dinner at fish n co after our movie. Btw, thanks jeslin for the present!!

Sunday - Went to have tim sum at causeway pt's crystal jade with Jie. Shopped around for awhile.. Then, we went to pick up my eldest sis n gab at the airport.

Papa and Mummy are in hongkong now.. wont be back till the 15th. Its gonna be home alone again...

Hey Kelly, wasnt very photogenic yesterday.. so I'm not gonna post any pics of myself (in my short hair yet). Still working hard to have a nice shot of myself taken! So for the time being, you just gotta wait. Lol! And why are u and xueying placing orders for the jap food? Haha..Its not easy to make you know. Lol.

Well, wondering why am I not typing all these in my tagboard? Cos it seems to have problems loading properly in my office.. Can read msgs, but can't type. Haha. So yea.. thats why. But do feel free to spam my tagboard.. Can use it as a replacement of msn, since we cant use msn in our offices. Lol!

Goodbye long hair!

I did something on impulse today! I had my 7 yrs old tresses snipped off!! Goodbye long hair! Actually its not really a very impulsive decision.. cos I have been wanting to cut it since like 6 months ago.. All the while I didnt have the guts to do it.. And finally I did it today!! Haha.. I kinda like my new short hair.. Looks neater and more refreshing! Though my mum doesnt really like it.. well, its my hair anyway, nothing matters as long as I'm happy. I know, the haircut looks kinda squarish.. Haha. But Jie says it looks fine and that I look more like my age now. So I guess its not ugly la. Lol.

A new haircut shall bring on a new start! Haha!

P.S The past's gone like my tresses and now new memories shall replace the old. Not looking back cos I'm sure there will be better things ahead waiting for me

Well, work now becomes so monotonous. Yes, its piling up as usual but I'm still procrastinating. So lack of motivation.. Lol. I think I'm just wasting everyone's time. If I can work with the same kinda enthusiasm I have for blogging, I would have completed everything! Sighh..

Yeahh! Tomorrow's wednesday! I love wednesdays!! Cos weekends will come soon after that. Wahaha. But my workload still remain mountainous. I hope I can clear off some tomorrow!!

I finally learnt something! Or rather, maybe I knew it all along, but only came to realize its importance today. Unplanned stuff really make things so tedious! Its like, everytime you finish one thing, they would start to question and finally decided that it wasn't a good idea afterall. Then, they would give you a new suggestion, so the poor person working on it had to redo everything. Yea, this can be irritating at times but its really okay.. cos you need to understand that its just part and parcel of the design world. Whats not okay.. is the amount of time wasted!! You know, if it was all well-planned from the start, that few hours could have done miracles! So yes, I need to start planning well! Haha.

Slumbered my weekends afternoons away. Been sleeping and eating alot these days. No wonder I gained weight.. blame it on pms. Haha. Sigh..Its gonna be Monday again. Oh my, I'm getting tired of working.. esp on mondays! I always get monday blues! Its only been like 2 months plus.. and I'm already so sick of work. What a bad sign. Btw, been very moody these days. Very short-tempered too.. esp today! I dunno what got over me, but I feel like I'm gonna flare up everytime someone tries to talk to me. bahh.. hope tomorrow will be a better day for me! Twenty

Stepping into the twenties, makes me feel so old. bahh.. I wanna turn back time! Well, its sad to say, even till now, at 20 yrs old.. i still don't understand alot of things in life. Some things aint as simple as it seems. Stuffs appearing on TVs are just sheer fairytales. Not everthing has a happy ending. Many times, life just gets so messy. Things get too complicated too fast, you don't even know when or how to stop them. I wanna simplify things. But its not like I'm always in control of the situation. So yea.. I shall just let it be. Maybe I shouldnt even think about it. Don't let it get into my head, and i'll be happier i guess. Anyway, one final acknowledgements to all. Thanks ppl for all your wishes!! Cute bday card from gab!! Heard from Ko (his uncle, my 2nd bro. lol.) that 2 weeks ago, Gab made the 1st version of the card (which he didnt give me) . He wrote in the card 'If you like this card, put a tick. If you don't like this card, put a cross.' Haha.. its freaking funny la. Lol. But its so sweet of him.. I always scold him.. but yet he actually prepared a bday card for me since 2 weeks ago. Thanks Gab! I'll treat you better from now on. Lol!

Morning!

Morning! 9.14 am: Alone in the office as usual. Whipped up potato salad at midnight. lol.. and had it for breakfast like 5 mins ago. I realize I need to watch my diet.. cos I have symptoms of weight gain. So well, my potato salad is mixed with chucks of vegetables: broccoli, asparagus, celery, beans etc. Haha. Still edible.. it was not bad actually. Lol! I'm gonna eat that for lunch as well, cos I intentionally made a bigger portion so that I can have it for 2 meals. Haha.

So yea, went to robertson quay with Jie yesterday. Like what kelly said, it was really a good place to chill. Went to one of the pubs, and it happened to be happy hour. So the drinks was 1-for-1. Haha. So yup, Jie and I had a good drink.. and chit-chatted for quite sometime before we cabbed home. But we waited freaking long for a cab la. So in the end, we had to book a cab instead.

Well.. we went bugis. Had our lunch at a Thai Restaurant. Chilled for quite time.. N cam-whored of course. Lol. Then, we headed to bugis village to shop for awhile.. And chilled again at a hong kong cafe. Haha. It was quite nice to see them.. shall go sing k some day!

Yesterday's definitely not my photo-day! I look so ugly n weird..omg! I have such fat cheeks!! I wanna have my face slimmed down!

Anyway, I finally packed my room!!!!! It's freaking neat n tidy now. So happy n proud of myself now!! Haha. Jie told me that she's gonna buy Toto tomorrow.. Cos it's so unusual to see me pack stuffs. Lol. All the best to her..hope she wins some money, then she can spare me some! Haha.

Now I know what poverty feels like.
I can't buy what I like. I can't go shopping. I can't eat expensive food. I can't take cab. I can't go out for movies. I can't go starbucks or coffee bean. I can't hang out with friends that often. I can't buy any more films. I can't do anything but stay at home and rot on weekends. And on weekdays, all I can do is work and stuff myself with more digestive biscuits. What a pathetic life! I'm desperately in need of money! I need my payday! I can't believe I am experiencing this on my week! So sad, so sad..

Hahaha. Feeling so joyful today. No exact reason for this sudden kinda happiness. Just feel like smiling, smiling n keep smiling!! Lol. Am very pleased with my life at this point in time. Haha. Being happy keeps me so mentally alive! Doing any graphics work seems so easy and efficient. And I suddenly feel that I like what I am doing.. its like after so long la.. Haha.
